在英国日本国大使館は、当館の来館予約サイトのご利用される方のプライバシー及び個人情報の重要性を認識し、適切に取り扱い、プライバシーポリシーを以下のとおり定めています。
Your privacy and personal information are important to the Embassy of Japan in the UK and we are committed to handling your personal information responsibly in accordance with the following.
クラウド（外部）サービスの利用
当館は、鈴与シンワート株式会社（以下、外部委託業者）が提供する予約管理システム「リザエン」を利用の上、来館予約サイトを運営しています。来館予約手続きを進めた場合、当館に代わり外部委託業者が予約目的で氏名、連絡先等の情報を収集することに利用者が同意されたものとみなされます。
Third party booking site
The Embassy of Japan in the UK uses the third-party booking system RIZAEN provided by Suzuyo Shinwart Corporation to manage appointment bookings. By proceeding with this booking, you are consenting to the collection of your name and contact details etc. by the third-party on behalf of the Embassy for booking purposes.
来館予約サイトの利用にあたっては、氏名、電話番号及びメールアドレスの登録をお願いしています。
Information Collection
To book an appointment via the third party booking system, users are required to register their name, telephone number and email address.
利用目的
来館予約サイトを通じて得られた情報は予約及び領事手続きの目的にのみに利用されます。利用者によって提供されたすべての情報は、当館職員、関連委託業者によってのみ保存、伝達、共有されます。
Purpose of use
The information acquired through the third party booking site will be used and stored for booking and consular processing purposes only. All information submitted by the user may be stored, transferred and shared by Embassy staff with its affiliated partners.
利用及び提供の制限
法令に基づく開示要請があった場合、不正アクセス・脅迫等の違法行為があった場合、その他特別の理由のある場合を除き、収集した情報を予約及び領事手続きの目的以外の目的のために自ら利用し、または第三者に提供いたしません。ただし、統計的に処理された当サイトのアクセス情報、利用者属性等の情報については公表することがあります。
Limitations on use and provision
Except in cases of legal disclosure requests, illegal access, threats and other unlawful act or other special reasons, the information acquired will not be used by the Embassy for any purposes other than booking or consular processing nor will it be provided to any third-party. However, statistical information regarding access to the website or generic information on users' attributes may be made public.

法令に基づく開示請求があった場合を除き、当館の来館予約による個人情報の開示請求については応じられません。
Disclosure of personal information
We will not respond to requests for the disclosure of personal information of booking system users, except in cases of legal disclosure requests.
免責
当館は、予約サイトを通じて収集された個人情報の保護には最善を尽くしておりますが、データ保護やセキュリティ対策において、絶対に安全とは言い切れません。そのため、セキュリティ対策に万全を期しておりますが、収集された情報の安全性のついては、特にインターネットを通じた通信が係ることもあり、保証できかねます。また、いかなる場合においても、当館ウェブサイトまたはオンライン予約サイト、さらにそのサイトを使用することに起因して発生する直接的、間接的損害、または付随的、結果的損害（逸失利益、ビジネスの中断、システムプログラムおよび情報の損失を含むがこれに限らない）に対して、一切の責任は負いません。
Indemnity
The Embassy endeavours to secure the personal information collected through the booking website. However, no data protection or security measures are completely secure. Despite all the measures we have put in place, we cannot guarantee the security of your information, particularly in relation to transmissions over the internet. In no event will the Embassy of Japan in the UK be liable for damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, business interruption and loss of programs or information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Embassy’s website or the online booking website, or any information provided on the website.
