【入力時の注意事項】
１．予約できる期間
４週間後までの開館日になります（当日予約はできません）。例えば、4月1日に来館予約を行う場合、4月2９日までの期間の開館日が予約の対象になります。

２．同時に複数名分の手続きを行いたい場合
（１）旅券・証明・戸籍国籍等の場合
ご自身またはご家族等の複数の手続きがある場合でも、１つの予約枠をご利用ください。
ただし、家族以外の場合は、各来館者がそれぞれ予約を取る必要があります。
（２）査証の場合
同じ目的で渡航するグループや家族等が同時に申請する場合は、１つの予約枠をとってください。
３．実際に行う手続き内容と異なる手続き内容で予約を取られた場合、受付することができない場合がありますので、選択いただく手続き内容はお間違いのないようご注意ください。

1. Advance Bookings
Bookings can only be made for Embassy working days up to 4 weeks in advance (Same-day booking cannot be made). For example, if you access the booking site on 1st April, you will be able to book an appointment up to 29th April.

2. Making multiple applications at the same appointment
(1) Passport / Certificate / Registration
If you wish to make multiple applications/collections/registrations for yourself or for family members at the same time, please only book one appointment slot. If you are attending with non-family members , please book separate appointment slots.
(2) Visa Applications
For family or group Visa applications, please only book one appointment slot.
3. Please be sure to book the appropriate appointment for the service you require. If you have booked an appointment for a different service than that you require, we may not be able to provide that service when you attend.
